Fantastic client project co-ordinator position in our Client Development (Email) Team. It’s a position with a lot of responsibility where you will organize graphics and website projects for clients. You will be the interface between our USA based clients and our design/coding team. You must be a highly organized person who is a quick learner, has a keen eye for detail (but doesn’t get caught up or slowed down in detail), and love communicating by email.
This position is an extremely busy one, which calls for a highly organized multitasker. This position has so much scope for growth and will appeal to someone who loves the web, loves new challenges, is able to multitask, can have a large number of email conversations with clients in a day, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
Working with us you will learn to understand client requests in relation to web and graphic design, clearly communicate these to the design and code teams, then follow-up to ensure client deadlines are met.

Your role will include: Communicating effectively using email to international clients (small number of phone calls) Ensuring the quality and specifications of design projects meet our client's requirements Coordinating a wide variety of graphic design and web design projects Scheduling design jobs from start to finish using our in-house systems Working in a team environment with our creative and technical teams Preparing Client Quotations and invoicing Working as a team player assisting other team members within the Client Development Team as required Being available on some Saturday mornings Admin Support duties
The successful Applicant will: Type fast and love communicating via email, Be an expert multitasker Be highly organized, and proficient in admin type duties Have patience, the ability to see things from our Clients' perspective and be able to interpret what is required Be a fast learner and grasp new concepts quickly Be an excellent communicator (both written and oral) Have an eye for quality Possibly have experience communicating with clients via email Enjoy completing projects and helping clients get what they want… and more Be confident and able to take initiative Be able to relate to our US based clients and have a ‘larger world’ view Be a team player with a “what-ever it takes” attitude and willing to “go the extra mile”
