WANTED: Client Developer and Project Co-ordinator - Email Team

Entry to mid level position with innovative web and graphic design company serving US based clients via the internet.

This position has so much scope for growth and will appeal to someone who loves to learn and enjoys new challenges. You will need to be organized and able to multitask, plus you will enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, as well as making sure that, by you “getting it right”, clients always get what they want.
You will be trained to communicate with clients by email, build rapport, understand client requests, clearly communicate these to the production team, then follow-up to ensure client deadlines are met.

We are WebMedia Factory, a fast growing Wellington based web and graphic design company servicing USA clients and we are looking for a very special person who is enthusiastic and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to join our frontline Client Development Email Team.

Your role will include:

* Communicating effectively using email to international clients
* Ensuring the quality and specifications of projects meet our client's requirements
* Coordinating a wide variety of graphic design and web design projects
* Scheduling projects from start to finish using our in-house systems
* Working in a team environment with our creative and technical teams
* Preparing Client Quotations
* Working as a team player assisting other team members within the Client Development Team as required
* Being available on some Saturday mornings
* Admin Support duties

The successful Applicant will:

* Type fast and love communicating via email
* Have patience, the ability to see things from our Clients' perspective and be able to interpret what is required
* Be a fast learner and grasps new concepts quickly
* Be an excellent communicator (both written and oral)
* Have an eye for quality
* Possibly have experience communicating with clients via email
* Enjoy completing projects and helping clients get what they want… and more
* Be confident and able to take initiative
* Be able to relate to our US based clients and have a ‘larger world’ view
* Be a team player with a “what-ever it takes” attitude and willing to “go the extra mile”
Ideally, you will have had experience working in a highly effective front-line service team

To get you up to speed fast, you will be mentored within the team and there is also scope to grow within the design and web-services departments.
